FUTRONIC MKII contains all specifications to perform a complete radio survey - all gathered in one small box. FUTRONIC MKII is the preferred test equipment for radio inspectors performing mandatory, periodical surveys of ship-borne communications equipment, radio beacons, AIS and Search and Rescue transponders.
Based on the all-in-one concept, FUTRONIC MKII is capable of testing all radio and safety equiment obligated by IMO to undergo mandatory inspections.
The first-generation FUTRONIC GMDSS test box was launched 1995 and sold until it was succeeded by the new FUTRONIC MKII in 2012.
The first generation FUTRONIC is still supported by Danphone, however this tester is no longer manufactured or sold.
Calibration, maintenance and repair services are offered where possible.
In order to maintain proper functioning, FUTRONIC test boxes must be re-calibrated by Danphone for the first time after one year, and then every two years.

- Software update to the latest version
- General product check-up
- New calibration certificate valid for two years
