DigitalLead - DENMARK'S CLUSTER ORGANIZATION FOR DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

Denmark's cluster organization for digital technologies, DigitalLead, is a gathering point for digital innovation - for companies developing digital solutions as well as for other industries and sectors in need of innovative digital solutions.

Our work takes its point of departure in four trail-blazing focus areas:

In all our activities, we combine technology with a holistic approach to the succesful development of innovative digital solutions with a focus on business models and processes, ethics, UX and design thinking as well as sustainability and the SDGs.


INTERFORCE

At Danphone, we uphold our social responsibility by actively supporting the Danish Defense and Emergency Services through our membership of InterForce. We support InterForce and are proud of contributing to Denmark’s overall safety and security. InterForce, an integral part of the Danish Defense, plays a crucial role in fostering collaborative partnerships between private enterprises and Denmark's Defense and Emergency Services.

We support the development of a visible, competitive, international and recognized Maritime sector around Aalborg. Aalborg Maritime & Logistics is a part of the Danish Maritime Community.

SPACE CONNECT NORTH

Danphone is a part of Space Connect North to strengthen Denmark’s space and satellite communication sectors.

Danphone is proud to be part of Space Connect North, a newly established industrial cluster dedicated to advancing the space and satellite communication industries in Northern Denmark. This unique collaboration brings together leading companies, organisations, and institutions to foster innovation, share knowledge, and build strategic partnerships that enhance the region’s global competitiveness.

INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION AND LIGHTHOUSE AUTHORITIES (IALA)

Danphone is official member of IALA. Established in 1957, IALA is a non-profit, international technical association that brings together authorities, manufactures, consulants, scientific institutes, and training centers from across the globe. The membership offers Danphone the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with industry experts, contributing to the advancement of maritime safety and efficiency worldwide.  

As a member of IALA, Danphone collaborates with other stakeholders in a concerted effort to harmonise Marine Aids Navigation practices globally. Together, we stive to ensure that vessel movements are safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible. Through the work of various committees, Danphone and fellow members develop common best practices, culminating in the publication of IALA Standards, Recommendations, Guidelines, and Model courses. 

This collaborative effort not only enhances the safety of life and property at sea but also contributes to the protection of the marine environment. By reducing marine accidents and promoting cost-effective navigation solutions, IALA plays a crucial role in safeguarding our oceans.

NATO NCAGE registration and NSN numbers 

The NATO Codification System is a system with standardized methods for classification, description and naming of products used in NATO. A NATO stock number (NSN) is given when an item of supply is established as unique. NSN is a 13-digit numeric code, identifying all the standardized material items of supply as they have been recognized by all NATO countries. NSNs are used by all NATO countries and are issued by the National Codification Bureau in any NATO country.

Danphone is registered with a NCAGE code ( R8554 ) 
as part of the NATO Codification System (NCS). 

All Danphone equipment has been awarded with NATO stock numbers.
