This NAVTEX System is installed on the Island of Mahé in the Seychelles, north of Madagascar.
The system consists of a 1 kW dual-channel transmitter located on Mont Josephine being remote controlled over an IP network from the Coast Guard Base in Victoria, the capital of the Seychelles.
